Telemetry channel (902-928MHz) with “INDELA-L15” antenna ensure communication within line of sight of up to 100 km and a digital broadband 40-Mbit communication channel (5200-5800MHz) with “INDELA-58S” panel antenna ensure data transmission (video, telemetry etc.) within line of sight of up to 45 km. Communication is supplied via constant automatic antenna positioning for an UAV with accuracy of - + 5 angular degrees.
Antenna is based on a common carrier pillar, where 11 directors for “INDELA-L15” antenna, loop vibrator, reflectors, plastic box with a matching loop, director section with 6 directors and a radio modem are located.
Combined planar antenna “INDELA-58S” with a digital broadband modem “INDELA-RM5800” is designed to transmit data at 40 Mbit (video, telemetry) within line of sight of up to 45 km. It operates in 5.8 GHz frequency range and uses Spread Spectrum technology. Many nonoverlapping channels.

Auto positioning antenna system’s operation can be divided into the following stages:
a) 900 MHz antenna together with a modem receives telemetric signals from an aircraft and transmits them via connecting device (interface 10/100BaseT) to the ground control station host computer.
b) Ground control station host computer makes necessary calculations and on the basis of data obtained forms instructions for electric motor control unit.
c) Electric motor control unit effects timely switching on/off of electric motors depending on the instructions received via the connecting device as well as controls rotation speed, rotation direction and number of rotations of each motor separately. As a result rotary support effects positioning of antennas for an unmanned airborne vehicle with the accuracy of - + 5 angular degrees.
d) Receiving planar 5800 MHz antenna together with “INDELA-RM5800” digital broadband modem receives, processes and transmits data via connecting device (interface 10/100BaseT) to the ground control station.
Additional video camera in the auto positioning antenna system allows carrying out visual control during takeoff and landing. Delivery set does not include thermobox with a video camera. Neither it includes basis, which is designed and manufactured by the consumer depending on the application environment. System’s user decides himself where to maintain the rotary support: onto a mast, car roof, building roof or onto the ground. When choosing a place and method of mounting, one should provide line-of-sight propagation of the signal.Technical characteristics: INDELA-58S | ||
